What's great is the lady wasn't even that old: "Wanita Renea Young, 49"

But, via her name she is black and obviously thought she could sue these poor girls for everything their parents had. It says that she asked for punitive damages in her lawsuit but thankfully the judge denied her. So all she got was $900.

Not to mention, it says she didn't go to the hospital until the NEXT DAY. Meaning she sat home all night and thought about her supposed anxiety attack/heart attack. Who the fuck waits for a day? Talk about complete and total bullshit.

and on teh subject of old women, my girlfriend got hit this week by an older lady who explained to the cop that she was unable to lift her foot off the gas pedal to step on the break. needless to say, he took her license and gave her a ticket.

Feb. 12, 2005 — The Colorado woman who sued two girls after they made an anonymous, nighttime cookie delivery said she and her family have been the target of hate mail, harassing phone calls and even death threats.

The girls, who appeared on "Good Morning America" last week, said they were just trying to do a good deed. They have received an outpouring of public support and donations to cover their legal bills. A company has even named a "kindness cookie" in their honor.
