View Full Version : Old School ROMs and Emulators...

Alright, i know you guys are all about the new super cool games and all, but since I spend most of my net time on this dinosaur running an obsolete OS, I have been spending a lot of gaming time playing games on my PC that were made for the NES, SNES, and various other systems that I grew up gaming on.

Anyone else have any interest in these?

Also, to anyone who knows a ton more about these machines than I do, is it possible to add some sort of version of these into our arcade section. I mean, I am looking pretty untouchable in terms of the flash games we have here...is there a challenge any of you can give to me in these types of games?

Christ, you are dominating the flash games. I remember getting into Final Fantasy 1 on my emulator back in high school. That and Battle Toads. Both NES games that rocked.

See that is what I am saying. There are tons of games from that age that rocked!! Now they obviously aren't anything compared to the games of today and the latest game I play is C&C and that even is nothing compared to most of the games mentioned in this section. But that shit is still fun!

And you don't have to worry about your Comcastic interweb connection...

Matt and I used to play Red Alert 2 all the freaking time. I would be down for playing some of that action!

I haven't played in a long time but i bought a collection some time ago that has Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, Tiberian Sun and Renegade,

Now for some reason I cannot find the Allied disk of RA2, but I certainly am game. You fuckers probably have all of the mods so you will kick my ass in like 7 seconds. The problem may be that I am a night owl and my kids don't go to bed until like 9, so I would have to play at like 10 or later. I know you 8 to 5 ers are probably wearing your sleep apnea masks at that hour...

I never really got into Tiberian Sun or Renegade. I love those games. I never played Renegade, but did get into Tiberian Sun a little for a change of pace to RA2 and Yuri.
